At first, I ordered a medium size according to the size chart on the webpage. I was very satisfied with the material, the slip resistance, etc. However, I used these socks during my trip in mid-September, and the size became an issue. I wore my shoes in a size 9 and ordered a medium, but they kept experiencing inconveniences with the size problem inside the shoes. So when I raised this issue with consumer service, they sent me a small size right away to correct the problem. After I tried them on, the small size perfectly fit my feet. There are some variations in the size of the feet for each person, but the small size fits me better. I couldn't find any other problems with the socks themselves. In particular, the customer service that responded immediately was really complimentary.
